Recently, I used different productivity systems In searching for the best for me. So, I have many things to say in this article. Let's go.


Time Blocking

Time Blocking in simple terms depends on using your calendar to schedule your day. You can download google calendar on your mobile and start.

Let's say you should work at "8 am", go to the gym at "3 am", and end your day with a visit to your family at "5 am". You will need only to type in your calendar and schedule everything.

Advantages

  • It makes you more responsible about your time

  • It gives you full access to what to spend your time in.

  • It makes your life well-arranged.

Disadvantages

  • It is a very big problem when it comes to sudden events that you didn't arrange.

  • It usually makes you worried about the time(it is very bad for your Psychological state).

  • As a result of the first disadvantage, you will need to redesign your schedule many times, and that will make you disappointed.

Priority System

The priority System depends on your tasks list. You create a to-do list and give every task a suitable priority, and you should finish these tasks by the end of the day. You don't need to set a specific time to do these tasks, but you only need to end it.

Advantages

  • Take all the time-blocking system disadvantages and reverse them.

  • It is very flexible, so you don't have to be restricted by a specific time.

Disadvantages

  • It increases the possibility of procrastination(and that is bad for your Psychological state too๐Ÿ˜ข)

  • It may spoil your biological clock when you accumulate the important tasks


The Ultimate Solution (Invented By Me)

You just need to be an employee. Set hours that you will work. Let's say, you will work between "9 am" and "3 am". Work Between these hours, take breaks, enjoy the achievements, and you can use the Pomodoro technique to arrange that. Sure, you need to have a to-do list to arrange the tasks. (This solution in case you are not already an employee).
